Thrive Mental Health Toolkit

In collaboration with Dr. Lisseth Rojas-Flores and doctoral candidate in clinical psychology and DACA recipient, Norma Ramirez, the Thrive Center has released a self-care and mental health toolkit to support undocumented youth with and without DACA. This toolkit embraces their strengths and vulnerabilities, and provides 9 research-based practices designed to inspire, encourage, and accompany them throughout their journey.
